THE FOUNDER

Ilham Bernichi Claudet embodies passion, innovation, and excellence. She began her career in the travel industry in Geneva, quickly rising to the positions of Commercial Director and Agency Manager within a United Nations implant, which allowed her to travel extensively and build a strong international network.

  • In 2007 she transitioned to the healthcare sector, advising VIP patients worldwide. Her unique blend of business acumen and compassionate care led her to found Swiss Med Office in 2017, Switzerland's first private medical concierge for businesses, revolutionizing corporate healthcare.
  • In 2019 she launched "Swiss Excellency Meets" in partnership with chambers of commerce and embassies in the MENA region.
  • In 2020 she created the first medical concierge service for the Sandoz Foundation Hotels .
  • From 2020 to 2022 she implemented the first comprehensive solution during COVID-19 for Swiss companies and manufacturers wishing to test and/or vaccinate their employees.
  • In 2024 she launched Swiss Health Office, dedicated to preventive care and well-being. Her visionary leadership is redefining how individuals approach their health. Ilham's career is marked by a steadfast commitment to improving lives through innovative healthcare solutions and exceptional care, a testament to her professional success and dedication to excellence and empathy.
